Deal Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of a deal in accordance with the Consumer Protection Technion (Cancellation of a Deal) – 2010 and the Consumer Protection Law – 1981.

At Paradise Games, we always strive to provide a unique and safe shopping experience for our customers. This policy sets out the terms and procedures for exchanges, refunds, and cancellations of transactions, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

First: Conditions for exchange and return

The customer has the right to request an exchange or return of the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Product must be:

Unused.

In its original state.

Attached with all accessories and original packaging.

1. Cannot be replaced or refunded:

   Digital games or electronic codes after they have been sent or used.

   Products that have been opened or used in a way that affects their original condition.

   The customer bears the shipping costs if the reason for the return or exchange is due to personal desire, while Paradise Games bears the shipping costs in the event of a defect or error in the product.

Second: The replacement mechanism

The customer can exchange the product for another product of the same category or of similar value.

If there is a difference in price, the difference will be paid or refunded as the case may be.

Replacement requests will be processed within 3 to 7 business days after receiving the returned product.

Third: Return Policy (Refund)

The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.

After inspecting the product and ensuring that it complies with the return terms, the amount will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days.

If the conditions are not met, Paradise Games reserves the right to refuse the refund request, stating the reason.

Fourth: The policy of canceling the deal

The customer has the right to cancel the transaction according to:
Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Deal) Act 2010 and Consumer Protection Act 1981, subject to the following conditions:

The transaction may be canceled within the legal period specified from the date of completion of the purchase or receipt of the product (whichever is later).

The right to cancel does not apply to:

Digital games or electronic codes after they have been activated or sent.

Products that have been opened or used.

1. In case of cancellation of the deal:

   The product is returned in its original condition.

   The amount will be refunded after deducting any legal fees or shipping costs, if any, as stipulated by law.

   Cancellation shall be implemented within a period not exceeding 14 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation request.
